Job Description

We are looking for a client for a Works Manager; Education: Bac + 2 level minimum Experience: 5 to 10 years minimum in a similar position; B permit .
Main mission :

Plan, organize and control hydromechanical work on site, equipment on site and occasionally GC construction. You will report to the project manager.

On a daily basis:
You ensure the preparation, monitoring and complete completion of the sites.
You will be the privileged interlocutor for customers, design offices, laboratories and control offices.
You are responsible for the quality of the work carried out, keeping deadlines and respecting the budget.
You control all stages of the site, from studying the file to receiving work.
You study the file concerning the project, the equipment plans, GC guide, the different specifications, the quotes.

You will carry out the administrative and technical procedures for opening the site. You take care of the financial management, organize the supplies.
You will be involved in the choice of equipment and the equipment used as well as in negotiations with subcontractors. You will monitor the progress of the work, study with the engineers the problems encountered and will also ensure compliance with the safety devices.

You will decide the composition of the teams and manage the work schedules.
You will write site reports and meet customers.
You will write the attachments and will monitor them until the settlement is completed.
