IN NEED IF FOUR NURSES

Location: Yaounde

We are currently looking for corporate nurses. Integrated into the HR team and attached to the Human Resources Manager, you are in charge of the following missions:

Medical / Health:
  • Ensure the medical follow-up of employees (care, AT, MP, medical visits)
  • Being the privileged interlocutor of Occupational Medicine (inter-company)
  • Implement the actions necessary to preserve the health of employees
  • Carry out work accident and occupational disease surveys
  • Prepare for the return of employees who are sick (e.g. workstation layout)
  • Follow the home health policy, analyze employee health alerts.
  • Implement actions aimed at improving working conditions (ergonomics, job studies) in close collaboration with continuous improvement teams and team leaders
  • Organization and planning of training courses, retraining of rescue workers
Security :

  • Analyze the causes of care / TA and implement corrective actions
  • Keeping the safety prevention plan alive (single risk assessment document)
  • Work with the CSSCT on various subjects
  • Have a role of "preventer" on ergonomics at workstations: ergonomic analyzes and alerts, recommendations for actions and monitoring of implementation.
Administrative management :
  • Monitoring and updating of various tables (medical restrictions, health / safety indicators)
  • Management of the care register
  • Administrative management of TAs, surveys
  • Participate in additional missions within the HR team


Profile

Minimum training required:
- State diploma in nursing or any other equivalent diploma .

Minimum experience required:
- Beginner or confirmed;

Language: French or English

Age: 18 - 35 years old

- Being versatile
- Adaptive
- capacity & Ability to work with different people on site or remotely
Being able to identify emergencies and priorities
- Analysis and synthesis
skills
- Use of office automation tools
- Writing skills (preparation of all kinds of documents) basing on notes or synthesizing documents
- Being proactive in all the subjects treated
- Being attentive and having good interpersonal skills
